Residential Design:

We start with your ideas and images and create a unique home design and remodel for your individual criteria.

Client’s Responsibilities:

A list including the following items will prove invaluable information to the designer at your initial meeting:

1. Budget (realistic numbers of what you are willing to finance for the project)
2. Building lot (size, deed, etc.)
3. Pictures (any magazine pullouts or other images of styles and details you like
4. Builder
5. Primary goals (what are your key objectives for your home?)

First time consultation is “free” (up to 1 hour). Since this will be the largest investment you will make, we need to determined whether we are a good fit for this process. Please see the “Gallery“ section for samples of my work.
